Event Description

Friday, October 23rd

6:30 PM    WELCOME RECEPTION & DINNER
Join your fellow Mules at the home of Dan & Harriet Peavy (627 Lamont Ave, 78209). All classmates, family, and friends are invited! Dinner to begin at 6:45 PM.
Cost: $10/person (adjusted for 1956 deflation) will cover your dinner and drinks for the evening

Those not going to the football game are encouraged to stay at the party for camaraderie and fellowship!


7:00 PM    FOOTBALL GAME AT THE MULEDOME: AHHS vs. NEW BRAUNFELS
Location: AHHS Muledome (150 E Fair Oaks Pl, 78209)
Gates open at 6:00 PM. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM. (Suggest arriving just before the halftime show at 7:45-8:00 PM. Arrangements will be available for round trip to game from Dan's home if needed.)

Football tickets go on sale Monday, October 19th, and must be purchased online through the AHISD Athletics website. Attendees can also scan the QR codes at the entrance gates to buy a ticket.

Seats will be reserved in Section A (near the 20-yard line) for those who wish to sit together. Enter from the South Gate for the shortest distance to Section A.

Please note the District's Clear Bag Policy: Maximum size is 5.5" X 8.5" and MUST BE CLEAR. Also, please be aware of the District's strict rule of no containers and outside food or drink. Concessions are available on-site.



Saturday, October 24th

8:00 AM   BIKE RIDE (LONG, SHORT DISTANCE)
Meet at the flagpole at the entrance of Cambridge Elementary. Then travel to Kellyanne Park, located at the north end of the Alamo Heights Pool, for donuts and juice. Following Alamo Heights Boulevard, arriving at the High School. Returning by roads east of Broadway south to the police station. At Albany, turn south on Broadway, staying on the east side, to Bird Bakery for some fantastic treats.

All late-comers are welcome to join our team, or meet us along the way by car or rideshare!

Deadline to register bike and helmet size is October 21st. Once you register your attendance, Dan Peavy will contact you directly to coordinate your bike and helmet.

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM   TOUR OF ALAMO HEIGHTS HIGH SCHOOL
Location: 6900 Broadway, 78209
Cost: The tour is free, but registration is requested for you and your guests so we may plan accordingly.

A class photo will be taken on the front steps prior to the tour. Please arrive by 10:50 AM so there is time for the class photo, and the tour will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.

12:30 PM   LUNCH IN THE OAKS AT AHHS
Enjoy a box lunch in The Oaks, the AHHS cafeteria, provided by the AHISD food service team. You must reserve your meal in advance. You will be contacted by Jessica Almaraz with the AH Foundation for your meal selection after you register for lunch.
Cost: $10/person

The deadline to reserve a lunch order is 4:00 PM on Monday, October 19th. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know in advance by emailing [email protected].


5:00 PM   DINNER AT THE PEARL
Meet for dinner at Pullman Market located at the south end of the Pearl Historic District. You will have the choice from several food vendors inside Pullman Market.

Cost: Dutch treat, pay-as-you-go, but register your attendance now so we have a headcount.

There is much to see at the Pearl Historic District! Enter Pearl Parkway at 1900 Broadway, and enjoy a relaxing walk around the Pearl development and our beautiful River Walk.

Any additional contributions to our reunion are welcome and can be made easily through the ticket page.

In accordance with the IRS, any contributions meant to offset reunion costs are not tax-deductible by law since goods/services are received by class members and guests during the events. Class Members who want to underwrite parts of the Reunion should work directly with the Foundation outside of the ticket and registration process to ensure accurate reporting and acknowledgment.
